ANALISIS PENJADWALAN PRODUKSI PADA PERUSAHAAN “MAKMUR DIGITAL PRINTING” PANDAAN KABUPATEN PASURUAN

The company "Makmur Digital Printing" Pandaan is a manufacturing company engaged in paper printing. The purpose of this study is to find the optimal scheduling method so that companies can overcome the problem of delays in completing orders. The method used is the priority method consisting of First Come First Served (FCFS), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Longest Processing Time (LPT), and Earliest Due Date (EDD). The results of this study indicate that the Shortest Processing Time (SPT) method is most optimal effectiveness value when compared to the First Come First Served (FCFS) method, the Longest Processing Time (LPT), and the Earliest Due Date (EDD). The shortest processing time (SPT) method produces an average completion time of 20.1 days, a utilization percentage of 29.75%, an average job in the system of 3.36 jobs, and an average work delay of 16,1 days
